This is a known issue with the Tamiya WT01 – when you oversteer the dog bone shaft will get stuck like this… A quick fix is to set the steering dual rate on the transmitter and reduce it by half …

Techtip: Tamiya Avante / Egress original versions wheel adapters
The Tamiya original Avante/Egress wheel adapters do not use pin to secure the hex. There is a E clip to secure the drive. You may still use standard hex wheel on it though.
