When a buggy takes a turn at high speed, centripetal force acts towards the center of the turn, while inertia tries to push the buggy outward. If the center of gravity is high, the buggy is more likely to tip over because the weight shifts dramatically to one side. A lower CG keeps the weight […]

TD4 front suspension
The front suspension has a stylish design but the mechanism is constantly under stress. The screws may get loosen eventually so a drop of super glue may be helpful as a preventive measure.
The front bottom gearbox cover of the Manta Ray
The front bottom gearbox cover of the Manta Ray is known to be weak. For the Manta Ray to jump and land safely without breakage this part needs to be reinforced.

Horizontal shocks

Horizontal shocks can in theory improve the handling and stability of an RC car. They provide a lower center of gravity, which can reduce body roll during high-speed cornering and enhance overall vehicle stability. They can […]

Techtip: TT01/TT02B upright compatibility
The TT01 rear upright can be used with TT02B BUT you must replace the upper linkage. This new linkage must be longer and thinner. Also, it will be angled upon installation. The lower mounting point of the TT01 upright needs to be filed a little bit (so to make it 1mm thinner).
