Techtip: rear C hub compatibility

Sometimes when you break the rear C hub, you can use alternatives that are not 100% “compatible”.

Refer to the photos below, the DT02 right rear C hub is a metal one originally designed for another model.

It is smaller, uses smaller bearings, and has a narrower lower mount point.

If you happen to have the proper bearings (two per c hub), some shim washers for mounting the c hub, and the car has an adjustable upper arm linkage, then you may still try to use it.
