Turning radius refers to the smallest circular turn that a car can make when its steering wheel is turned fully to one side. It is the radius of the circle that would be formed by the outermost front and rear wheels if it were to make a complete turn in one direction while keeping all its wheels in constant motion.

This can easily be done by removing the blocks identified in these photos.
