Based on our experience, 99% of the time the problem is with the servo saver. The servo saver mechanism is heavy, and the C ring can fail eventually.

 

To solve the problem, the easiest thing to do is to not use a servo saver. If the car does not crash heavily, the chance of damage is minimal. And servo is something pretty cheap nowadays…
