Servo saver

The whole point of using a servo saver is to protect the servo from gear breakage during a crash. The C shape plastic of the saver takes the hit and gets cracked.

The problem is that if it is too soft, the servo may have a hard time centering back after a steer. Pro racer also finds that a servo saver can actually slow down steering.

In any case, 3d print this C shape part (a.k.a C ring) with 100% fill can alleviate the centering problem. Just that you must sand it so to make its surface as smooth as possible.

If you do not have a 3D printer, a zip tie around the C ring may do the trick as well:
