Gluing tires

>> Tech Tip - Wheels , Tech Tips >> Gluing tires

Your tires must be glued before a ride. Tires that are not glued are too unstable to allow proper control of your car. This applies to both onroad and offroad.

When gluing tires you need to pull back a portion of the tire so to expose the glue channel. Apply the tire glue to the seam where the tire and wheel meet and get the glue to spread out to the edge of the wheel. Repeat this on the remaining section of the tire until the entire tire is done. Do this on both sides of the wheel.

Your car will fail to run a straight line if some part of the tire is not firmly attached to the rim.

This is what will happen if you do not glue the tires.
