Small battery like the one shown (1500 mah 25c) is not going to have the power to push a modern 540 class brushless system for RC cars.

You may use it with a typical brushed system but the speed is not going to be too impressive….

In a 1/10 scale brushless RC car, which tends to draw more power due to its motor and speed capabilities, a battery with less than 2000mAh might deplete too quickly, limiting the fun. Also, brushless motors often require bursts of high current to achieve acceleration, speed, and torque. A lower C rating might result in insufficient power delivery as well as voltage sag under load, thus reducing performance.
