This is a full body hydroplane.
The problem with a BL setup for a small fiber glass full body hydro is that the boat is just too light. It becomes pretty jumpy – to be precise, it is quite uneasy to keep it from blowing over or crashing, as it constantly rides on a cushion of air.
Keep in mind it is only running on 2S and is already going wild…
