This example shows a monohull.

In an attempt to find a way to prevent the boat from being pulled to one side due to torque roll, an extremely large trim tab is installed.

 

The result? Yes the torque roll problem seems to be resolved. However, the boat nosedives easily at full speed! Therefore it is quite certain the trim tab configuration is at work here producing an impact!
