Delta 3D Printers are tall and thin. They have a round print beds which does not move. There is an extruder above the print bed that moves using 3 arms attached to individual posts located every 120 degrees to form a triangle.

A problem with Delta printer is that the size of the object you can print is rather limit. As you can see from these examples, it is ideal for printing fan mount, steering linkage, damper stay, bumper and even arms for one tenth car. However, it just cannot print anything larger. You cannot print an entire chassis with it. Even a large spoiler is pretty marginal. Therefore you must pay attention to the size of the model you want it to print.

And you must carefully watch the temperature. For PLA you need 180 degree minimum. For ABS you may need 200 ~ 220 degree. And you must properly perform leveling.
