When a RC plane crashes, chance is that the plane head suffers the most. For entry level RC plane you can use glue to attach it back, but for it to be properly secured you should use some tooth picks as the bones. Glue alone is never strong enough. And make sure you let the glue completely dry before trying to fly. 24 hours would normally be sufficient.
