The photo shows a small 2000mah 20C 2s lipo VS a 7.2V 5000mah Nimh pack.
The Nimh pack is twice as large and almost 4 times as heavy.
They deliver almost the same power. The Nimh pack does last longer though.
When running on a lipo we need to be careful not to overrun too much or we risk harming it (it can get damaged when the voltage drops too low).
Nimh is almost worry free in terms of charging and decharging.
There are always tradeoffs….
