A lower turn motor such as a 15-T can produce greater RPM but slightly less torque than a higher turn motor. The drawback if you are using a brushed motor – running on a low turn motor will require frequent motor maintenance, such as cleaning and brushes replacement. The life span of such motor is generally short as they are way too easy to get overheated.

For brushless, a 6.5T (like the Cup Racer motor shown below) is VERY fast. A 4.5T is insane.
