Both have proven themselves in competitions, so you’re not sacrificing competitiveness either way—it just depends on whether you enjoy tinkering and tweaking (Xray) or want innovative tech and instant high performance (Awesomatix).
As a hobbyist, I’d say this: if you love the process of building, adjusting, and optimizing, Xray is pure joy. If you want a car that feels next-level straight out of the box and makes you feel like you’re driving something truly advanced, Awesomatix is the one to try. Either way, you’re getting a machine that’s seriously fun, seriously fast, and totally addictive once you start racing.
