With a TT01 there are two low cost configurations that involve minimum upgrades while still deliver pretty decent performance. With a 13T brushed motor, a 61T spur and a 19T pinion the car can run reasonably fast without cooking the ESC and the motor. Runtime is good too, which is perfect for intermediate drivers. With a 58T spur and a 23T pinion the car can go real fast but battery consumption is higher and the motor will require better cooling.
