For RC motorbike there are two types of steering. The first type has a steering linkage just like a normal four wheels RC car, and the front wheel is actually steered by the linkage. The second type does not use steering linkage. The servo actually change the angle of the front wheel so it leans towards either the left or the right, causing the bike to corner. Larger bikes often use steering linkage while smaller ones do not.
In terms of drive train there is not much difference. There is a pinion and a spur. All bikes are rear wheel drive, with either a chain or a belt for driving the rear wheel.
