This video shows a Widebody Catamaran style RC boat. It is very stable and easy to make turns without losing control.
The problem is that the hull is rather flat so there is very little room inside. Heat accumulates real quick even with the presence of water cooling.
If your electronics are water proof I would recommend that you drill some small holes on the top cover to aid in heat dissipation.
Since the boat rides pretty stably on water, small holes at the top would not produce too much water risk to the inside.
