When you 3D print parts for the front steering block, there are a lot of followup works that must be done to ensure steering is proper and smooth.
Most of the time the parts you print are not 100% accurate in size and dimensions, and that the surfaces are usually rough.
Because the material is always plastic, with the proper tools and some rounds of trial-&-error you should be able to get things to work without much difficulty.
If steering is still not smooth, check the servo saver block. Sometimes it may be too big to rotate freely inside the compartment when space is limited (such as the M chassis).
