This video shows a FT012 BL RC speedboat upgraded with a larger prop. This is the quickest way to upgrade this boat without the need to change anything else.
By default the boat comes with a 35A super power two-way Electronic speed controller and a 2815 brushless motor. You cannot be too aggressive on it.
