This Tamiya FF03 has been converted to offroad.

Converting an on-road RC car to an off-road setup involves several modifications to adapt the vehicle for rougher terrain. The top 3 steps are:

1, Swap out the on-road tires for off-road tires with a more aggressive tread pattern. Off-road tires typically have larger lugs and deeper treads to provide better traction on uneven surfaces.

2, Increase the ride height by adjusting the suspension components. This may involve adjusting shock absorbers, springs, and ride height settings to accommodate the larger off-road tires and provide more ground clearance.

3, Consider upgrading the shocks to off-road shocks with more travel. Off-road shocks are designed to absorb the impacts of uneven terrain and provide better stability.
