Tamiya FF03 front steering issue

>> Tech Tip - Steering , Tech Tips >> Tamiya FF03 front steering issue

The Tamiya FF03 has a pretty weak steering structure. The screw at the bottom of the hub carrier can get loose and fall off easily since the stock hub is plastic and the small bushing that holds the screw can crack easily. To fix the problem, you either find a larger step screw that fits, or use a slightly larger screw with a small brass tubing. It is recommended that you add a bit of super glue to the screw thread for it to stay more secure in there. You need to make sure the structure is secure while not hindering steering.
