Dampers mounted with step screws tend to wobble on the Tamiyas. One easy way to reduce the room for play is to cut a small piece of plastic straw and use it on the step screw:
You can even wrap around the straw piece with plastic tape to further tighten things up:
Do remember you should never make it too tight – the mounting point has movement so it little of room around the step screw is still needed.
