Is there any problem if the BL wires are wrongfully connected?
Well, if the middle wire (which is for signalling) is wrongfully connected, you may burn your ESC.
If you look carefully, both the motor and the ESC should have numbering for the wires, either as A B c or 1 2 3. Always make sure they match on both sides when you make the connections. As long as the signalling wire is properly connected then you will do just fine.
