The Jordan Valley (JV) Radio-Controlled Model Car Racing Circuit (Circuit A) is probably the best free public circuit for RC in Hong Kong. It is situated on the Kowloon side and is easily accessible by all sorts of public transport. As of the time of this writing the opening hours are 9:00-22:00, 7 days a week.
