The photo shows a Tamiya TT02 front lower arm with its shaft bent due to a sideway crash.
Super glue alone is never strong enough.
You want to use a soldering iron to heat and melt part of the plastic so the bond can get stiffer and stronger.
Along the process there will be bad smell. You will want to do it real quick.
Done. The car is ready to go again!
The example below shows the same trick fixing a cracked damper mount of a TT01. First fix the broken part into position via super glue, then use the iron to heat it up:
