This kind of damage is very common among Tamiya cars. The shock tower is ABS and the hole is too close to the edge. Sadly, the tower cannot be separately replaced.
You can “patch” the broken part using 3d printed patch part.
When designing 3d printed parts for RC, make sure you leave enough room between the hole and the edge. A direct clone of the original part will likely fail.
