Smaller scale RC boats that use 370 motor are usually without water cooling. Instead there is a cooling fan attached to the main shaft. These boats are pretty fast, but due to a small compartment heat can become a problem.

There are several things you may do to alleviate the heat problem. Firstly you can get a heatsink for the motor. This is definitely helpful! Secondly, make sure the wires inside the compartment do not get in the way of the fan attached to the shaft. And thirdly, keep your run time to 7 minutes max. Take a short break and open up the water proof cover every 7 minutes so that things inside can have a chance to cool down.
