Gear striping can take place on cars, boats and drones. The Kyosho Drone Racer is no exception. To replace an almost broken pinion, you need to remove the propeller first so to expose the gears. There is one small but long screw that holds the propeller. Remove it, then ply out the pinion and put in a new one. If you want the drone to go faster, you can try a 13T pinion on it but make sure all pinions are replaced together.
