If you are still using Nimh packs, keep in mind packs from different manufacturers do not always share the same size.
I had a hard time fitting these Intellect 5000mah packs into WR01, M03, and TL01…etc…
The 2000mah version fits in much easier…
What if you are using those small Lipo packs? If zip ties do not work, you may need to 3D print some battery cases:
