The possible rudder range of rotation is about 30 degrees. However, because it situates closer to the right, you will find that making left turn is relatively more difficult. To solve the problem you will need to make substantial modification to the rudder. As you can see from the videos below, an extra addon piece of rudder is attached to the original one.
